Quadralite Hexadecagon 150 Softbox

Thanks to the quick folding mechanism, the Quadralite Hexadecagon is easy to use and ready to work in seconds. The handy included carrying bag makes it easy to store and carry, which you'll appreciate both in the studio and in the field.

The parabolic shape of the softbox, reminiscent of a tulip cup, is key to accurately capturing the scene without unwanted light spots. If you need even more precise lighting, you can add a honeycomb to the softbox, which is available separately.

The outer shell is made from a high quality rip-stop nylon fabric that provides high durability and long life while maintaining a light weight. The interior is laminated with a highly reflective silver foil to ensure even light distribution across the entire surface.

The diffusers consist of two layers of polyester rip-stop fabric, carefully selected and tested to ensure the right balance of white and colour. The inner diffuser has an additional layer of fabric in the middle to prevent hot spots and ensure even light distribution.

The softbox frame is made of metal, with steel tension rods that effectively support the entire structure and maintain the parabolic shape even when the lamp is tilted. A Bowens-type bayonet ensures compatibility with a wide range of studio and location flashes, including Quadralite products. With adapters available separately, the Hexadecagon can also be used with Broncolor, Profoto and Elinchrome lamps.
